The property currently operates on a room only or self-catering model. Please note the guests do not have access to the breakfast room in the main house. A site plan will be supplied for guests to access their accommodations prior to booking and a mobile number to communicate, if any emergencies arise. Check-in starts at 16:00 to enable the rooms to be deep cleaned between guests. Please note that Iffin Farmhouse is open all year. However, there will be no breakfast, evening meals or rooms serviced from: 12:00 23 December - 27 December (inclusively) and 12:00 on 31 December - 1 January (inclusively) Please note that guests checking out after 10:30 will be charged an additional fee of GBP 50 unless prior arrangements have been made. Please inform Iffin Farmhouse of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 07:00:00.
